On June 27, in Hanoi, within the framework of the Innovation and ESG Summit 2025, Petrovietnam Drilling and Well Services Corporation (PV Drilling) was honored in 3 categories: Top 10 Most Innovative Enterprises 2025 (VIE10) and Top 10 Green ESG Enterprises in Vietnam 2025 (ESG10) in the Energy – Oil & Gas sector; and Top 100 Vietnam ESG Green 2025 (ESG100).
The announcement and honoring ceremony took place within the framework of the Innovation and ESG Summit 2025, with the participation of policymakers, economic experts, leaders of domestic and international businesses, reputable press and media agencies, and nearly 200 distinguished representatives from excellent enterprises named in the ESG100, ESG10, VIE50, and VIE10 lists.
The list for Top 10 Energy - Oil & Gas sector in 2025 is led by Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group (Petrovietnam), along with five of its subsidiaries: PV GAS, PTSC, PV Power, PV Drilling, and BSR. All of these enterprises are highly regarded for their operational efficiency, their ability to apply new technologies and digital transformation, and their strong ESG practices tied to sustainable development and flexible business models amidst global energy fluctuations.

The Top 10 ranking model utilizes performance indicators such as revenue and profit, as well as innovation metrics (technology application, digital transformation, technical initiatives, etc.). It also assesses the implementation of ESG practices in corporate management, operations, and development. Among these, PV Drilling has demonstrated significant transformation efforts through technology investments, technical improvements, increased IT application, and a development orientation tied to environmental and social responsibility. Furthermore, PV Drilling also shows transparency in its management and operations, adhering to both Vietnamese and international standards.
