Petrovietnam Drilling and Well Service Corporation (PV Drilling; stock code: PVD) has been honored by Forbes Vietnam in its Top 50 Listed Companies 2025 list. The awards ceremony took place on the afternoon of August 21 in Ho Chi Minh City, as part of the 2025 Business Forum with the theme "Growth Pivot".
This is the 13th time that Forbes Vietnam has honored 50 outstanding representatives listed on the stock market with strict selection criteria. Accordingly, companies must have achieved continuous revenue and profit growth over many consecutive years, delivered returns to shareholders, and have the potential to continue to develop sustainably.
PV Drilling is proud to be honored for the fifth time in Forbes Vietnam's prestigious ranking, which continues to affirm its leading position in the oil and gas drilling services sector in Vietnam and the region, as well as its excellent corporate governance capabilities.

Over the past year, PV Drilling has achieved many positive business results, with high and stable operational efficiency and a strong safety record. The offshore rigs providing services in the Southeast Asian market, in particular, have received high praise from clients. At the same time, PV Drilling's subsidiaries have continued to expand their operations into international markets such as Japan, Malaysia, Brunei, and Indonesia, while also growing both revenue and profit from domestic service activities. The consolidated revenue for 2024 reached 9,566 billion VND, with pre-tax profit at 937 billion VND and after-tax profit at 698 billion VND, representing an increase of 54%, 113%, and 84% respectively, compared to the previous year. This marks the most impressive growth year since the period of the "double crisis".

The annual list of the Top 50 Listed Companies published by Forbes Vietnam is considered an important reference criterion for domestic and international investors.
In the first six months of 2025, PV Drilling recorded a total revenue of 4,293 billion VND, an increase of 5% compared to the same period last year. Its net profit increased by 40%, reaching 394 billion VND, which achieved 60% of the annual revenue plan and 74% of the annual profit target, respectively. Based on these results, PV Drilling is expected to exceed its 2025 business plan.
